Kola Bolarinwa
Chief Operating Officer
Kola has been a businessman for decades. He started his career as a Senior hotel owner/manager for many years, after which he sold cars internationally. He then worked as a Building Manager, he worked with many contractors in the GTA and contributed to the continuous, safe, and smooth running of several businesses. Kola worked for Cominar, and Triovest Commercial Real Estate Companies from 2008- 2020.
In 2020, Kola started working as a Human Resource Director with a staffing agency coordinating various HR functions including recruitment strategies, employee engagement initiatives, compliance with employment laws, and performance management systems.
Kola remains current with evolving employment laws, best practices in talent management, technological advancements in HR systems, and workforce trends. Kola is committed to providing professional staffing services to healthcare facilities and private homes to promote the health of all.

Adetoun Bolarinwa, MSN
Chief Executive Officer
Adetoun Bolarinwa (Ade) is a highly qualified healthcare professional with a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration and Management. Ade has been a Nurse & an Entrepreneur for over 10 years.
Ade was a Co-owner and an Operator of a Staffing Agency from 2020-2025. During this time, Ade played a critical role in overseeing operations, managing patient care services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The company provided healthcare staffing and support services to a diverse range of clients, including Hospitals, Long-term care facilities, Retirement homes, and Private home care clients. Examples of clients served are Agecare, Revera/Extendicare and Omni Healthcare.
Under Ade’s leadership, the company successfully navigated challenges such as staffing shortages, pandemic-related healthcare demands, and evolving industry regulations. She spearheaded initiatives to enhance service quality, implement workforce training programs, and optimize staffing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Ade’s expertise in nursing, strategic business acumen, and empathetic nature contributed to the company’s growth and strong reputation in the healthcare sector.”

VP Administrations and Accounting
Annette is a highly skilled Administrator and HR Manager with over 30 years of experience in managing human resources, administration, and business operations. With a proven track record of optimizing workplace efficiency and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Throughout a distinguished 30-year career, she developed and implemented HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. Annette successfully led talent acquisition and retention efforts, streamlining recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. With expertise in performance management, she designed appraisal systems that enhanced productivity and professional growth, managed compensation, and benefits programs, developed policies to ensure legal compliance, and fostered a well-structured workplace.
Annette also spearheaded training and development initiatives, equipping employees with essential skills, and oversaw administrative operations, including budgeting and resource management, to improve business efficiency.

Rtd Const. Ojo Tewogbade
VP Security Operations Department
Retired Constable Ojo Tewogbade, Toronto’s first Nigerian police officer, dedicated 42 years to the Toronto Police Service, becoming a respected leader and early advocate of community policing.
His expertise spans public safety, crisis management, conflict resolution, investigations, and community engagement. All critical to modern law enforcement.
Ojo fostered trust between law enforcement and diverse communities, emphasizing collaboration and proactive policing. Among many great awards and recognitions over his 42 years Policing Career, Ojo received the award of Police leadership Forum of Canada in 2006.
Beyond his career, he serves as a pastor and mentor to many in the community. He was recently a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
